NSU alumni are now performing at the top-most positions in every sector contributing towards the country of their birth or of their preferred residence. Our mentorship program aims at connecting newly or mid-career graduates with notable alumni members across the globe or in the country of their need to ensure they have the right guidance to unlock their potentials whether they are a recent graduate, a budding entrepreneur, or an established CEO.

NSUAA proudly promotes and uses products and services offered by alumni members within Australia and rest of the world. We support both individual and entrepreneurial capacity of NSU alumni through showcasing them using this platform of all connected alumni to ensure their businesses get the fullest support from within and beyond.

We advertise casual, part-time, internship, and graduate jobs using the general and industry-specific job search options for our members through our mailing list and private social media groups. This offers much more than an average job site as  you can search from thousands of alumni job opportunities or post an opportunity at your company exclusively for a fellow NSU alumni or student only. 

We arrange regular networking events both online and in presence that offer great opportunities for all alumni local and abroad to connect to their peers and seniors to exchange professional views, best-practices and experience to create the necessary synergy for advancement of their careers. This also provides opportunities to spotlight and focus on any specific alumni member to highlight any relevant topic and thus attract exposure to the wider global community through a trusted platform.

We believe continuous learning is essential for growth and improvement for any individual - be the need is of professional or psychological in nature. We aim to offer formal and informal learning program conducted by our mentors, many of whom are certified trainers in various thematic sectors for learning new skills, soft or hard. These programs cater the contemporary needs for professionals in various stages of their lives, ranging from fresh graduates to experienced professionals.

Having gone through the first few turbulent years as a stranger in a strange land, we all have faced the initial hurdle of familiarizing and naturalizing in a foreign country and know how hard it can be for some if not all at times. We believe our ever helpful alumni community can provide all necessary supports to help the newcomers settle down, train and coach them for their jobs, provide information critical for settling their family and the emotional support that is sometimes so vital to maintain and upkeep the overall positivity.  To achieve this, we have established communication channels and connect the newcomers so that newly migrated alumni can easily connect/reach the with the wider alumni community as and when required. 

We believe physical wellbeing is the key to all happiness and one great motivation towards achieving that is joining fitness groups within our own alumni community. Our alumni members living in different localities engage in various outdoor activities including all kinds of sports (primarily badminton, football, futsal, swimming and cricket) and we feel obligated to connect them through this platform to engage and interact more, even if it is only casual morning or evening walks.

Time and again we reach back to our alma mater - let it be for academic needs or just even to satisfy our crunch to take an emotional walk down the memory lane at the campus and rekindle our memories. NSUAA is well connected with Office of External Affairs and can reach out to our beloved university or any alumni for any need on your behalf if required for any relevant and urgent topic.
